Refund policy

We have a 4-day return policy, which means you haveĀ 4 days after receiving your item to request a return (the item must be postmarked within the 4 day return period).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.Ā  A re-stocking fee will be applied on returned items as follows:

  • - Under $99:Ā  $7 re-stocking fee is applied per item purchased that is being returned.Ā Ā 
  • - $100 & Greater: 10% re-stocking fee is applied.

Return shipping charges are not covered, that is the liability of the client when returning the item.

A re-stocking fee is applied because of the additional resources & time it takes to process refunds & inspect the pieces upon return.Ā  The re-stocking fee will be waved if the client wishes to opt for an exchange of equal or greater value.Ā  Client is responsible for paying the difference & for shipping charges for the return & exchange.Ā Ā 

Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays once an order has been shipped

In addition, if you were eligible for free shipping on your order, your refund amount will exclude the shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact usĀ within 48 hours of receiptĀ if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.Ā  Please email us with photographic evidence of the damage atĀ amylalux@gmail.com.Ā  Any reports after this timeframe will be not considered null and void.Ā  The damaged items must be postmarked and shipped back within 4 days.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or items bought using promotion codes. Those are considered Final Sale.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
